  • Peanut flour1 cup
  • White coconut flour1 cup
  • Xylitol1 cup
  • Grated and processed carrots200 g
  • Coconut oil1/2 cup
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Egg5 unit(s)
  1. Sift the flours and mix in a bowl. Add the xylitol and carrots and mix everything again.
  2. Beat the eggs in another bowl until they double in volume.
  3. Add the beaten eggs and coconut oil to the bowl with the flours and xylitol. Mix it all up. You will find that the dough is very dry, but it has a stickier consistency, trust me!
  4. Finally, mix the yeast into the dough and bake in a preheated oven for +- 20 minutes.
