- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Apple Cider Vinegar or Rubbing Alcohol8 tablespoon
- Raisins50 g
- Olive to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Sauté the chopped onion in a drizzle of olive oil.
- Add the chopped peppers (fine or in cubes). Sauté and add the vinegar. Let it cook.
- Then add the chopped eggplant, add the raisins, olives, more olive oil. Let it cook until the eggplant is soft.
- Hit the salt point, add kingdom pepper (at your discretion).
- Book and add more olive oil and store in a glass pot.
