- Small Cabutia Pumpkin1/2 unit(s)
- Oat Flour1 cup
- Mozzarella to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Cook the Cabutiá Pumpkin until it is very soft.
- Then drain the water, knead it and store it in the fridge overnight, so it gets very dry and binds.
- Or if you prefer something quicker, place the squash on a dish towel and press until it is very dry.
- After the pumpkin is dry, add the oatmeal, and seasonings to taste, mix everything until it becomes a dough.
- Then take small pieces, and make balls, open and put a piece of mozzarella inside the dough, roll up and it's ready.
- Make balls until you run out of dough, then just put it in the Airfryer, until it gets crispy.
