  • Small Cabutia Pumpkin1/2 unit(s)
  • Oat Flour1 cup
  • Mozzarella to taste
  • Green Smell to taste
  1. Cook the Cabutiá Pumpkin until it is very soft.
  2. Then drain the water, knead it and store it in the fridge overnight, so it gets very dry and binds.
  3. Or if you prefer something quicker, place the squash on a dish towel and press until it is very dry.
  4. After the pumpkin is dry, add the oatmeal, and seasonings to taste, mix everything until it becomes a dough.
  5. Then take small pieces, and make balls, open and put a piece of mozzarella inside the dough, roll up and it's ready.
  6. Make balls until you run out of dough, then just put it in the Airfryer, until it gets crispy.
