  • Cabotia squash400 g
  • Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Light Requeijão (a very full spoon) will depend on the creaminess point of the requeijão1 tablespoon
  • Water to the point of covering only half of the pumpkin. (don't overdo the water)1 l
  • Olive oil1 cup
  • Salt and green smell to taste
  1. Wash the pumpkin very well, cut it into small pieces (cubes) and then set it aside. Sauté the onion until golden then add the pumpkin, mix well and then add the water. (Important not to exaggerate the amount of water, the correct measure is to cover only part of the pumpkin, not completely cover). Cook the squash until it is easy to mash. Knead and add the curd, salt and green smell to taste. Mix until it has a puree consistency! Serve immediately!
