  • Pumpkin Cabotia300 g
  • Whole or semi-skimmed milk3 tablespoon
  • Cream cheese2 tablespoon
  • Garlic to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Cut the pumpkin into pieces and cook with little salt.
  2. cook until softened
  3. Drain and remove the pulp from the pumpkin.
  4. Mash the pumpkin well. Reserve
  5. In a pan, sauté the garlic until golden.
  6. Add the milk and let it boil
  7. Add the pumpkin, cream cheese and mix well.
  8. Taste for salt and add a little more if necessary.
  9. Turn off the fire and wait for it to cool
  10. To form a very smooth puree, hit the processor or blender.
  11. Serve immediately
