- Recipe
- Ground duckling500 g
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Crushed garlic cloves2 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Cabbage leaves10 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce200 g
- Heat a little oil and sauté the onion and garlic until they start to brown.
- Add the ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Stir well and cook until the meat is well cooked. Turn off the heat and add the green smell. Reserve.
- Carefully separate the leaves from the cabbage, wash and place in a pan of boiling water until translucent. Put one by one so you don't overcook and lose the point. Remove the leaves and let drain.
- Stuff the leaves with the ground meat and roll the cigars, bending the sides inwards, so as not to leak the meat. Place in a refractory with a little sauce on the bottom.
- After placing all the cigars in the refractory, drizzle with tomato sauce and place in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Enjoy your food.
