Cooked Butter Beans200 g
Tilapia fillet250 g
Sliced Boiled Potatoes1 unit(s)
Olive oil to taste
Sliced Tomatoes1 unit(s)
Sliced red and white onion2 unit(s)
Sliced red and green bell pepper1 unit(s)
Cherry tomatoes80 g
Salt/pepper/chopped parsley to taste
Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
Chopped Onion1 tablespoon

I put the cooked beans in the food processor along with the garlic and onion sautéed in olive oil, crushed them well, transferred the puree to a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil and stirred for about 2 minutes, finished with green smell.
I seasoned the fillet with salt, pepper and lemon, I used a biodegradable packaging from Growpack, I placed the potato slices at the bottom of the packaging, on top I placed the tilapia fillet. On top I put the peppers and onions, watered with plenty of olive oil and roasted in the airfryer for 15 minutes.
