- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Water60 ml
- FILLING: Ricotta100 g
- Cherry tomatoes100 g
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Basil to taste
- Flaxseed to taste
- Salt to taste
- In the blender I beat the ingredients of the dough and added the yeast last.
- Mix all the filling ingredients together.
- I used disposable molds greased with olive oil, spread a little dough in each mold, a little stuffing and covered with dough.
- Decorated with Tomatoes and linseed, baked in the airfryer for 15 minutes at 180°
