- Xylitol40 g
- Cocoa 100%50 g
- Vanilla Extract1 coffee spoon
- Almond flour120 g
- Butter50 g
- Chopped chocolate50 g
- Melt the chocolate with the butter in a water bath.
- Beat the eggs with the xylitol, cocoa and vanilla
- Then add the melted chocolate with the butter
- Add the almond flour and mix until smooth
- Finish with chopped chocolate.
- Transfer the dough to the growpack packaging
- Pre-heat the oven at 180 °
- Bake for exactly 20 minutes
