Brownie Fit with Strawberries

Para a massa do Brownie:
Derreta o chocolate em banho Maria ou no microondas. Enquanto isso bata bem os ovos com o açúcar com o auxílio de um fouet até formar uma mistura clara.
Em outro bowl Junte o óleo de coco, o chocolate derretido e a aveia.
Adicione o creme claro e  Misture tudo delicadamente até incorporar todos os ingredientes.
Unte uma forma retangular pequena com papel manteiga e um pouquinho de manteiga, adicione a massa e leve para assar por uns 15 minutos a uns 170 graus 



For the Brownie Dough:
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Meanwhile, beat the eggs with the sugar well with the help of a whisk until a light mixture forms.
In another bowl Add the coconut oil, melted chocolate and oatmeal.
Add the clear cream and mix everything gently until all the ingredients are incorporated.
Grease a small rectangular shape with parchment paper and a little butter, add the dough and bake for about 15 minutes at 170 degrees



Calda de chocolate
Derreta o chocolate em banho Maria ou no microondas
Adicione o leite de coco e misture delicadamente
Cubra o brownie e coloque morangos picados por cima.
Sirva em seguida ou guarde na geladeira. Fica uma delícia geladinho. 

Chocolate syrup
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
Add the coconut milk and mix gently.
Cover the brownie and place chopped strawberries on top.
Serve immediately or store in the fridge. It's a icy delight.
