Beetroot6 unit(s)
Cabbage1/2 unit(s)
Beef broth1 l
Fresh cream150 ml
Clove10 unit(s)
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil1 tablespoon

Cook the peeled beets in the broth along with the cloves.
While the beets are cooking, sauté the cabbage cut into strips with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper
Remove the cloves and beat the beets in the blender with the cooking broth.
Season the cream with salt and pepper and add the fresh cream. Mix well and serve with the cabbage on top.
