- Mash the banana well with a fork and mix it with the eggs and oatmeal.
- You can also beat the babana, eggs and oatmeal with a mixer, if you prefer.
- Grease the skillet with coconut oil, if necessary, and then pour the mixture into the skillet.
- Cover the skillet and leave it on low heat until it reaches a firmer, drier point (3 minutes on average, depending on your stove). Flip the pancake to do the same on the other side.
- Put it on the plate carefully and if you want, you can spread fruit jam on top or sprinkle cinnamon to taste!
