- Ripe large banana1 unit(s)
- Peanut Butter1/4 cup
- Chemical Baking Powder1/2 teaspoon
- Salt1/4 teaspoon
- Water1 cup
- Coarse flaked oats1 cup
- Fit chocolate chips1/3 cup
- Coconut or other sugar (OPTIONAL)2 tablespoon
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease 6 wells of a muffin tin. Reserve.
- In a large bowl, mash a very ripe banana until it becomes a puree.
- Then add the peanut butter, baking powder, salt and water and beat well with a whisk. We want it to be very homogeneous.
- Then, incorporate the oatmeal in thick flakes and chocolate chips. Mix.
- Divide the batter evenly into 6 wells of the reserved muffin tin.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes, until the muffins are firm and golden. Allow to cool for a few minutes before unmolding and serving.
