  • Ripe large banana1 unit(s)
  • Peanut Butter1/4 cup
  • Chemical Baking Powder1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt1/4 teaspoon
  • Water1 cup
  • Coarse flaked oats1 cup
  • Fit chocolate chips1/3 cup
  • Coconut or other sugar (OPTIONAL)2 tablespoon
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease 6 wells of a muffin tin. Reserve.
  2. In a large bowl, mash a very ripe banana until it becomes a puree.
  3. Then add the peanut butter, baking powder, salt and water and beat well with a whisk. We want it to be very homogeneous.
  4. Then, incorporate the oatmeal in thick flakes and chocolate chips. Mix.
  5. Divide the batter evenly into 6 wells of the reserved muffin tin.
  6. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, until the muffins are firm and golden. Allow to cool for a few minutes before unmolding and serving.
