- Sunflower oil1/2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder2 tablespoon
- Honey2 tablespoon
- In the blender, beat the eggs, two bananas and the honey.
- Transfer the dough to a bowl, add one more chopped banana and then gradually mix in the oatmeal, stir until a homogeneous mass is formed. Then add the cinnamon and baking powder and beat again until blended.
- Transfer to a round shape with a hole in the middle. The form must be greased with butter and flour so it doesn't stick
- Finally, place the last chopped banana on top of the dough already in the molds to decorate. Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes.
