  • Skimmed milk350 ml
  • Oat flakes1 tablespoon
  • Banana1 unit(s)
  • Fuji apple1 unit(s)
  1. Wash the apples, chop and remove the seeds. No need to peel off Chop the bananas too
  2. In a blender, beat the bananas, apple and oatmeal together with the milk, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. If it's too thin, add more banana and apple.
  3. Serve in a glass with ice cubes. (No sugar)
