- Skimmed milk350 ml
- Oat flakes1 tablespoon
- Banana1 unit(s)
- Fuji apple1 unit(s)
- Wash the apples, chop and remove the seeds. No need to peel off Chop the bananas too
- In a blender, beat the bananas, apple and oatmeal together with the milk, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. If it's too thin, add more banana and apple.
- Serve in a glass with ice cubes. (No sugar)
