  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Flaxseed1 coffee spoon
  • Chia1 coffee spoon
  • Cinnamon powder to taste
  • Whole wheat flour or the flour of your choice2 tablespoon
  1. Beat the egg with the help of a fork.
  2. Mash the bananas together with the eggs.
  3. Add the chia, flaxseed and cinnamon and mix well.
  4. Add the flour and mix.
  5. In a non-stick frying pan, place a small portion of the dough, and as soon as it's golden, turn to brown the other side.
  6. Repeat until the dough runs out.
