Banana cake with chocolate

Em um bowl coloque o ovo, açúcar, leite de coco e misture bem, amasse a banana em um prato e adicione na mistura junto o com o farelo de aveia, o amaranto, a linhaça, o cacau em pó, o azeite e o sal. Mexa bem e por último adicione o fermento.
Coloque em uma vazilha untada com azeite que possa ir ao micro-ondas e deixe por 2 ou 2:30 minutos.

Para o recheio:
Em uma vazilha pequena coloque o coco ralado, o leite de coco em pó, a água e o adoçante. Misture bem e reserve até o bolo esfriar.

Para a cobertura:
Derreta o chocolate 70% no micro-ondas e adicione água, misture bem e com o auxílio de uma colher distribua por cima para decorar.

Melt the 70% chocolate in the microwave and add water, mix well and, with the help of a spoon, distribute over the top to decorate.
