- Ripe dwarf banana4 unit(s)
- 100% cocoa powder4 tablespoon
- Coconut oil2 tablespoon
- Xylitol2 tablespoon
- Oat flour4 tablespoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Grease a 25 by 12 cm baking dish with butter and cover with parchment paper.
- Pour the dough in the greased and covered shape and take it to the preheated oven at 180°c for 20 min or until it's baked!
- Unmoulding cold makes the process easier, but you can unmould hot too!
