Ingredients

• apple | 3 unit(s)
• Oats | 3 cup
• Corn starch | 1 cup
• chemical yeast | 2 tablespoon
• coconut oil | 1 cup
• warm water | 1 cup
• eggs | 3 unit(s)
• Brown sugar | 4 tablespoon
• cinnamon powder | 2 teaspoon

Recipe

1. mix the oatmeal, cornstarch, water, eggs, oil, brown sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon powder
2. put 2 chopped apples inside the dough and last the baking powder
3. with the greased shape and the oven heated, put the dough in the shape and a chopped apple on top, finally take a teaspoon of cinnamon powder and put it on top of the cake
4. let it bake at 180° and do the toothpick test to check if it's done
