- Honey2 tablespoon
- Organic Dry Yeast2 teaspoon
- Almond flour2.1/2 cup
- Coconut Flour1/2 cup
- sour starch1/2 cup
- Salt1.1/2 coffee spoon
- Xanthan Gum2 teaspoon
- Fast Fermentation: Dissolve the yeast and honey in warm water. Set aside until foamy.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- After the fermentation foam has formed, stir all the ingredients. The dough should be soft and sticky.
- Put it in a shape, and let it rest in a closed place for about 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
