- grated ginger50 g
- water500 ml
- Add all the ingredients to the pan, cover and wait until the squash and broccoli are cooked. Blend everything in the blender until it takes on the texture of cream.
- For decoration, add chives or cilantro if you prefer.
- This vegetable soup is perfect for fighting weekend excesses. Used it as my lunch replacement. You can also combine it with fruits and lean meats like chicken breast or fish fillet.
