Utilize um fuê, ele faz toda a diferença no preparo de bolos, mistura bem os ingredientes, incorpora ar a massa, ajuda a deixar leve e fofinha!

Utilize ingredientes na temperatura ambiente! Sempre que for fazer bolo, tire tudo uma hora antes, ingrediente gelado não deixa o bolo crescer bem.

Use espatula de silicone no fundo pra raspar ingredientes que podem não se misturar direito a massa.

Bata cada vez que adicionar um ingrediente nessa sequência: ovos, açúcar, óleo, leite, farinha de trigo, fermento.

Unte a forma e asse em forno pré aquecido a 200° C.

Desmoldante caseiro: 
Seus bolos nunca mais vão grudar. 

2 col sopa de óleo
2 col de sopa de farinha de trigo
2 col sopa de gordura hidrogenada (opcional)

Misture bem os ingredientes e use para untar a forma, de preferência com a ajuda de um pincel de silicone, adeus bolo agarrado na forma! 

Homemade release agent:
Your cakes will never stick again.

2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp of wheat flour
2 tbsp of hydrogenated fat (optional)

Mix the ingredients well and use to grease the form, preferably with the help of a silicone brush, goodbye cake stuck in the form!
