Yogurt Ice Cream with Berries

  • Pot of natural yogurt1 unit(s)
  • Coconut Milk Powder1/2 cup
  • Xylitol sweetener or demerara sugar2 tablespoon
  • Red peach cut into small pieces2 unit(s)
  • Cranberries to taste
  1. In a blender or food processor, beat the natural yogurt with the powdered coconut milk and the xylitol sweetener until smooth and creamy.
  2. Place in silicone cupcake molds or ice cream molds
  3. Add chopped peach chunks to each mold and go deep.
  4. Leave a few pieces of peach to put on top of each sorbet.
  5. Finally add the cranberries to taste
  6. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours
  7. Develop carefully and serve next 😉😋
  8. Tip: use whatever fruit you have at home, it can be grapes, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries...
