- Pot of natural yogurt1 unit(s)
- Coconut Milk Powder1/2 cup
- Xylitol sweetener or demerara sugar2 tablespoon
- Red peach cut into small pieces2 unit(s)
- Cranberries to taste
- In a blender or food processor, beat the natural yogurt with the powdered coconut milk and the xylitol sweetener until smooth and creamy.
- Place in silicone cupcake molds or ice cream molds
- Add chopped peach chunks to each mold and go deep.
- Leave a few pieces of peach to put on top of each sorbet.
- Finally add the cranberries to taste
- Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours
- Develop carefully and serve next 😉😋
- Tip: use whatever fruit you have at home, it can be grapes, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries...
