Condensed milk1 can(s)
Sour cream1 can(s)
Natural yogurt1 unit(s)
Unflavored gelatin2 unit(s)
Gelatin (flavor of your choice)2 unit(s)

1st STAGE
Beat the condensed milk, the cream and the natural yogurt in the blender for 3 minutes.
Dilute the unflavored gelatin in 3/4 cup of water and add to a blender. hit well
Grease a hole shape with oil, pour the cream and take it to the fridge for 3 hours
2nd STAGE
Dilute the 2 fridge boxes of the flavor you chose in 500 ml of water
Remove the cream from the fridge and pour the flavored fridge. go back to the fridge
After it is firm, pass a spatula on the sides of the form and unmold.
