- Pasta: Beat the yogurt, eggs, oil, sugar and sifted wheat in a blender for 4 minutes. Grease the pudding mold with margarine and wheat, pour the dough and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Bake for 40 minutes. Then unmold and make the mousse. The preparation of the mouse is very simple, done by hand, just squeeze the lemons, pass through the sieve, in a bolw add this juice with the condensed milk and cream, mix well, until it is very consistent and pour over the cake. You can decorate with lemon zest.
