Natural yogurt1 unit(s)
Wheat flour2 cup
Refined sugar1 cup
Brown sugar1 cup
Egg4 unit(s)
Oil1 cup
Yeast1 tablespoon
Cinnamon powder2 teaspoon
Ginger Powder1 teaspoon
Nutmeg to taste

Mix the liquids: eggs, oil and yogurt until smooth.
Sift the flour and sugars over the liquid mixture. Mix well until a homogeneous mixture is formed. Add the yeast and spices and stir gently to incorporate.
Transfer the dough to a round shape with a hole in the middle, greased with oil (or butter) and wheat flour and bake at 200° for 35 minutes (do the toothpick test).
Wait 30 minutes to unmold and you're done!
