- Milk500 ml
- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- Corn starch3 teaspoon
- Gems3 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Strawberry Flavored Juice Powder1 unit(s)
- Strawberries10 to taste
- Butter1 teaspoon
- Chocolate powder1 teaspoon
- BELGIAN CREAM: in a bowl, dissolve 3 tablespoons of the cornstarch with a little of the milk
- add the gems
- In a pan add all the ingredients including the rest of the milk, leave on high heat.
- After getting a good consistency, add the vanilla essence and leave it on low heat for approximately 3 minutes for the starch to cook.
- Finally, reserve the cream, place in a bowl, cover with cling film until cool.
- STRAWBERRY MUSSE: beat everything in the blender, a box of cream, a box of condensed milk and the strawberry flavored juice.
- BRIGADEIRO: In a pan add a teaspoon of butter, add a box of condensed milk, and a spoon of chocolate powder, mix until you get point.
- ASSEMBLY: in a cup/glass place a layer of the Belgian cream, then a layer of the strawberry mousse, (add the strawberries cut into slices) and the brigadeiro, repeating the layers until you reach the top, finally leave it in the fridge for a while. around 40 minutes then it can serve.
