- Butter1 tablespoon
- Whole wheat flour3 tablespoon
- Brown sugar or demerara1 tablespoon
- Cold water to taste
- Mix all the ingredients. Except the water.
- Add the water little by little. Until the dough is smooth and doesn't stick to your hands.
- Place in the molds and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees or until golden.
- For the filling, mix sugar-free strawberry jam with fresh strawberries cut into cubes.
- Finish with the mint.
