Demerara sugar or your favorite1/1/2 cup
Wholemeal Flour (200 ml cup)2 cup
Coconut oil1/2 cup
Baking powder1 tablespoon
For the syrup we will use the Orange Juice2 unit(s)
Sugar4 tablespoon
Water1/2 cup

In a blender, beat the eggs
Then add the oil, sugar and beat
Add the orange and beat again
Finally, add the flour and baking powder and beat in the pulse. Put it in a greased shape, take it to the preheated oven 180°
For the syrup : add all the ingredients in a pan , stir over low heat for 10 minutes, pour the still hot syrup on the cake.
