- Chicken egg2 unit(s)
- Orange juice1 cup
- Refined sugar3/4 cup
- Soybean oil1/2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a bowl, add the eggs and beat until smooth.
- Then add the oil and orange juice. Beat for a few more seconds until homogenized.
- Finally, add the dry ingredients little by little, mixing with the help of a fouet.
- Add the dough in a baking dish with a "hole in the middle" and bake for 20 to 30 min at 180°C.
