Wholemeal Honey Bread Cake with Protein Ganache

Em uma tigela misture a farinha,a água de coco, o mel, o Cacau em pó, as especiarias, o fermento e o bicarbonato, até que fique uma massa bem homogênea.

In a bowl, mix the flour, coconut water, honey, cocoa powder, spices, baking powder and bicarbonate, until a very homogeneous mass.

Despeje a massa em uma forma média, untada e enfarinhada. Leve ao forno médio pré aquecido por cerca de 25 minutos ( ou até espetar um palito e ele sair limpo).

Pour the dough into a medium shape, greased and floured. Bake in preheated oven for about 25 minutes (or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean).

Em uma tigela pequena coloque a barra de chocolate picado e leve ao micro-ondas por 30 segundos. Misture bem e volte ao micro-ondas por mais 30 segundos, até derreter o chocolate. Quando estiver bem derretido, adicione o whey diluído em 4 colheres de água (em consistência de creme), o creme de leite e misture bem.

Place the chopped chocolate bar in a small bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Mix well and return to the microwave for another 30 seconds, until the chocolate melts. When it is well melted, add the whey diluted in 4 tablespoons of water (in consistency of cream), the milk cream and mix well.

Desenforme o bolo e faça furos com a ajuda de um garfo. Despeje a cobertura e espalhe bem.

Unmold the cake and poke holes with a fork. Pour the topping and spread it evenly.
