- Sunflower Oil1/2 cup
- Demerara sugar1 cup
- Skimmed milk200 ml
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Cocoa powder3/4 cup
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl or mixer, adding the yeast last.
- Pour in a greased shape with cocoa and oil and bake for about 35 min at 180 degrees
