- Whole wheat2 cup
- Sunflower oil1/2 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Raw carrots350 g
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Water1/2 cup
- Demerara sugar1 cup
- Dark chocolate200 g
- Blend the chopped carrots, water, eggs and oil in a blender.
- Pour into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients, adding the yeast last.
- Place on greased baking sheet and bake for 35 min at 180 degrees
- Melt the chocolate and cover the cake after baking.
