  • Milk1 cup
  • Demerara sugar1 cup
  • Grated medium carrots3 unit(s)
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Salt1/2 coffee spoon
  • Whole wheat flour10 tablespoon
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Egg whites3 unit(s)
  1. Blend the first 5 ingredients in a blender, adding the carrots little by little.
  2. Then, turn the mixture into a bowl and add the salt and sifted flour little by little.
  3. Mix the yeast well, then add the egg whites, mixing slowly from bottom to top to incorporate as much air into the dough as possible.
  4. Turn in a greased shape (oil is flour) and take it to the preheated oven 180 degrees for 35 minutes or until completely baked.
