  • Whole wheat2 cup
  • Skimmed milk200 ml
  • Sunflower Oil1/2 cup
  • Demerara sugar2 cup
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Egg3 unit(s)
  1. Cut the bananas into slices and set aside.
  2. Place 1 cup of demerara sugar in the bottom of the roast and take it to the low fire to caramelize, spreading throughout the space and set aside.
  3. Mix the dough ingredients, adding the yeast last.
  4. Arrange the sliced bananas under the cooled caramel sauce and cover with the cake batter.
  5. In this recipe, the cake is baked in reverse and the bananas are on the bottom.
  6. Bake in the oven for approximately 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
  7. After roasting, unmold immediately as it makes it easier with the syrup still hot.
