3 eggs ½ cup oil 1 cups sugar can be brown 2 large apples (without skins) or 3 small ones 1 cup cornstarch 1 cup wholemeal flour 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Wholemeal Apple Cake

No liquidificador bata os ovos, as cascas da maça,o açúcar e o óleo 
Por uns 5 minutinhos
Depois coloque a farinha integral , o amido e 
E as maçãs cortadas em cubinhos
por último o fermento. 
Forno pre aquecido 180° por cerca de 30 minutinhos. 
Obs:se tiver uvas passa, nozes, castanhas
Coloque na massa ou por cima fica uma delicia tbm

Oven preheated to 180° for about 30 minutes.
Note: if you have raisins, walnuts, chestnuts
Put it in the dough or on top it's delicious too
