White Manjar with Strawberry Sauce

  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Milk500 ml
  • Coconut Milk500 ml
  • Corn starch2 tablespoon
  • grated coconut100 g
  • Sugar for syrup1 cup
  • Strawberry Tray1 unit(s)
  • Water1 cup
  1. After adding all the ingredients, stir until it thickens and let it cook. After that turn the manjar in a container and take it to the fridge for 1 hrs.
  2. For the syrup, add the sugar and chopped/whole strawberry and half a glass of water in a pan over medium heat, let it cook until it forms a syrup, then let it cool and put it in the fridge.
  3. After the manjar and calada are cold, unmold and put the syrup on top. Ready to serve your delicacy!!
