  • White corn hominy 400g1 unit(s)
  • Milk approx.1 l
  • Condemned milk1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Coconut milk 250ml1 unit(s)
  • Paçoca in cork to taste
  1. Leave the hominy to soak overnight. Wash and drain.
  2. Put it in the pressure cooker along with the milk, leave it on high heat until the pot sizzles.
  3. After that, leave for 40 minutes on low heat, turn off the heat and let the pressure release.
  4. When it comes out, put the condensed milk, the cream, the coconut milk and let it cook for about 20 minutes with the pan uncovered.
  5. Serve with crumbled paçoca in each portion.
