- Chocolate powder 50% cocoa or Nescau03 tablespoon
- White Gold Candy (can use more or less)20 unit(s)
- Milk chocolate shavings (for decoration only) to taste
- In a saucepan, add the milk, condensed milk, egg yolks, cornstarch and stir over medium-low heat for about 15 minutes or until thickened.
- Reserve half of the cream in a refractory, in the other half, add the chocolate powder to make the chocolate cream and stir until it is homogeneous, in this part, the fire can be off.
- Cut the chocolates in half to make the middle layer (I used 10 chocolates to make the first layer)
- With the cream already cold, in a refractory, make a layer of the white cream, add the chopped chocolates, put the chocolate cream and, if you prefer, leave a little of the white cream to put as the last layer.
- Finally, decorate as you like (I used 11 chocolates to put on top and milk chocolate shavings).
- Take it to freeze for about 03 hours and then just serve!
