Condensed milk

Corn Starch (Maizena)

Whole milk

Chocolate powder 50% cocoa or Nescau

White Gold Candy (can use more or less)

Milk chocolate shavings (for decoration only)

Em uma panela, acrescente o leite, o leite condensando, as gemas, o amido de milho e mexa no fogo médio para baixo por cerca de 15 minutos ou até engrossar. 

In a saucepan, add the milk, condensed milk, egg yolks, cornstarch and stir over medium-low heat for about 15 minutes or until thickened.

Reserve metade do creme em um refratário, na outra metade, acrescente o chocolate em pó para fazer o creme de chocolate e mexa até que fique homogêneo, nessa parte, o fogo pode estar desligado. 

Reserve half of the cream in a refractory, in the other half, add the chocolate powder to make the chocolate cream and stir until it is homogeneous, in this part, the fire can be off.

Corte os bombons ao meio para fazer a camada do meio (usei 10 bombons para fazer a primeira camada)

Cut the chocolates in half to make the middle layer (I used 10 chocolates to make the first layer)

Com o creme já frio, em um refratário, faça uma camada do creme branco, acrescente os bombons picados, coloque o creme de chocolate e, se preferir, deixe um pouco do creme branco para colocar como a última camada. 

With the cream already cold, in a refractory, make a layer of the white cream, add the chopped chocolates, put the chocolate cream and, if you prefer, leave a little of the white cream to put as the last layer.

Por último, decore como preferir (usei 11 bombons para colocar em cima e raspas de chocolate ao leite). 

Finally, decorate as you like (I used 11 chocolates to put on top and milk chocolate shavings).

Leve para gelar por cerca de 03 horas e depois é só servir!

Take it to freeze for about 03 hours and then just serve!
