  • condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Whole milk2 can(s)
  • Glass of coconut milk1 unit(s)
  • Corn Starch1/2 can(s)
  • Sugar syrup 1 1/20 cup
  • Water 2 1/20 cup
  • Black plum2 cup
  1. In a saucepan, mix the condensed milk, whole milk, coconut milk and cornstarch well.
  2. Take to the fire, always stirring, until you get thick cream.
  3. Remove from the heat, pour into a mold with a central hole (19 cm in diameter) that has been wet or lightly oiled and refrigerate for about 4 hours.
  4. Reserve
  5. In a pan, mix the sugar, prunes
  6. Bring to a boil and cook for about 15 minutes after starting to boil.
  7. Serve the syrup cold over the delicacy
