- White chocolate350 g
- sour cream80 g
- Lemongrass tea100 g
- Infusion Preparation Method: In a pan, add the cream and lemon grass and heat. As soon as the cream heats up, remove the pan from the heat and cover it and leave it covered for another 2 minutes (it will make the process of infusing the tea with the cream of milk). As soon as the cream that was in the pan cools, remove the cream from the pan and strain the tea leaves leaving only the cream and set aside.
- Truffle Preparation: Place the white chocolate in a container and melt it in the microwave. As soon as the white chocolate has melted, add the cold cream that has already undergone the infusion process, mixing well until it becomes a more consistent mass. Cover the truffle mass with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours or until the truffle dough is firm. Remove the truffle dough from the fridge and with the help of your hands make small balls.
