With the help of a piece of parchment paper, place a weight on the dough (it can be ceramic balls or grains like beans) Bake for 18 min in oven at 170 degrees Remove the weight and parchment paper and bake for another 5 minutes or until the dough is browned. Remove and wait to cool
- Remove the ice cream from the Freezer and wait for it to be creamy, cover the pie dough by spreading the ice cream over the dough. Return to the freezer until serving time, add the syrup as you prefer.
