Na batedeira colocar os ovos e o açúcar, bater até ficar um creme. Colocar a manteiga derretida aos poucos e bater.
Colocar a essência de baunilha, o sal, o amido de milho e a farinha de trigo e bater mais um pouco.

Cortar em pedaços e Derreter o chocolate Branco e em seguida colocar na batedeira e bater mais um pouco.
Em uma forma untada colocar a massa e o colocar o amendoim encima (se preferir pode misturar o amendoim na massa) e levar para assar no forno a 180°C por 20 minutos. Deixar esfriar completamente para servir.
