- Corn Starch3 tablespoon
- Melted Butter3/4 cup
- Vanilla Essence2 tablespoon
- Sugar11/4 cup
- White Chocolate330 g
- Peanut20 g
- Pinch of Salt to taste
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Place the eggs and sugar in the mixer, beat until creamy. Slowly add the melted butter and beat. Add the vanilla essence, salt, cornstarch and wheat flour and beat a little more.
- Cut into pieces and melt the white chocolate, then place in the mixer and beat a little more. In a greased form, place the dough and place the peanuts on top (if you prefer, you can mix the peanuts in the dough) and bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. Allow to cool completely before serving.
