White chocolate blueberry cookie

Em um bowl misture  todos os molhados, o ovo, a baunilha e a manteiga derretida. Mexa bem e acrescente, a farinha de amêndoas, a farinha de trigo, o açúcar e a pitada de sal. Misture com a ajuda de uma espátula. Junte o bicarbonato, o chocolate branco picado e os mirtilos mexa delicadamente para o incorporar todos os ingredientes. Coloque a massa na geladeira por 15 minutos.
Forre uma assadeira com papel manteiga.
Faça bolinhas com a massa de 30 gramas cada. Coloque as bolinhas na assadeira com um espaço de distância de  três dedos para colocar a outra. Com a ajuda de uma colher dê uma amassadinha  em cima de cada bolinha para que ela fique mais achatada e em formato de cookie.
Leve ao forno pré aquecido por 180 graus por oito minutos. E está pronto !😋😋

Add the bicarbonate, the chopped white chocolate and the blueberries, stir gently to incorporate all the ingredients. Place the dough in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Make balls with the dough of 30 grams each. Place the balls on the baking sheet with a space of three fingers apart to place the other. With the help of a spoon, knead the top of each ball to make it flatter and in the shape of a cookie.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for eight minutes. And it's ready!
