  • Unleavened Wheat Flour3 cup
  • sugar2 cup
  • large eggs3 unit(s)
  • milk1 cup
  • baking powder1 teaspoon
  1. Whip the egg whites and set aside
  2. In another bowl, beat the yolks and milk.
  3. Then add the sugar and beat again until you get a homogeneous mass.
  4. Lower the mixer speed and gradually add the flour.
  5. Turn off the mixer and place the snow whites in the dough and mix gently.
  6. Add the baking powder and mix again
  7. Pour the dough into a greased and floured hole shape
  8. Place the form in the oven and let it bake for 30 to 40 minutes and remove from the oven.
