  • Milk2 cup
  • Oil1 cup
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Chemical yeast1 tablespoon
  • Butter to taste
  1. In a mixer, combine the eggs, milk, oil and sugar.
  2. Beat for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the wheat flour little by little and continue beating until it is uniform.
  4. Add the yeast and mix gently with a spatula.
  5. Pour the dough into a greased and floured pan or baking dish.
  6. Bake at 200°C for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Pierce the cake with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, it's ready.
  8. This recipe is the base dough for several cakes. You can add chocolate, vanilla essence and other flavors to your taste.
