- Sifted Gems2 unit(s)
- Vanilla1 dessert spoon
- Bis (2 packs)2 unit(s)
- Chocolate Bar90 g
- Sour cream200 g
- In a pan add the milk and corn starch, mix with off fire.
- Then add the condensed milk, the yolks and the vanilla. Turn the heat on low and stir until it leaves the bottom of the pan.
- Turn off the heat, add the cream and stir.
- To make the frosting, place the chocolate in pieces in a container, take it to the microwave for 30 to 30 seconds. Add the cream and mix well.
- In a refractory add half the cream, then add the crumbled Bis. Add the rest of the cream and cover with the chocolate icing. Take the fridge for 2 hours.
